Water-borne corticosterone levels in cricket frogs (Acris crepitans)

I am  collaborating with Lynne Beaty and Adam Simpson at Oklahoma State University to validate an assay for measuring corticosterone levels released into water by cricket frog tadpoles.

Modeling optimal stress levels and fitness

​

I am collaborating with Lynne Beaty and Barney Luttbeg at Oklahoma State University to develop a model to predict optimal stress levels under a variety of scenarios. We also plan to model the interaction between stress and fitness by incorporating costs and pathologies associated with prolonged stress at high levels (i.e., "wear and tear").
